Lunch ~
Soup ~ 120Kcal
Bread - 180Kcal
Dinner ~
Sweet and sour chicken with rice - 500
Yoghurt - 70
Total intake ~ 1000Kcal
Exercise ~ Walking for 2 hours ( 400Kcal)
NET Kcal ~ 600Kcal
I'm actually ok with that. What I did eat was fairly healthy, and I only ate while my mum was watching so I didn't waste any calories.
