Day #8 - 123lb!

Even though I ate more than I would have liked yesterday I still awoke to find this lovely number on my scale: 8st 11lb (123lb). My goal weight for tomorrow, let's just hope it stays that way or less tomorrow. I watched A Secret Between Friends the other day and it was actually really good. Happy Halloween ladies, minus the candy.

Food Log:
Bran flakes - 200
Coffee (0)
Soup & Bread - 200
Biscuits - 100
Pasta - 500
Drinks - Squash, Tea,
Total - 1000.

I couldn't get out of the pasta, but I did get let off eating the garlic bread so it wasn't a complete fail. Hoping for 122.5lb tomorrow. My goal for next week is 121 lb by sunday.

Day #7 - 124lb

Yesterday and thursday went okay, but not as good as I'd planned. Having said that, this morning I was 124lb which was my goal for this week, so I'm changing my goal to 123lb for monday/tuesday , it should be possible, I'll keep you updated. Next week I'll have to up my calories on a couple of days as I want to do well in my exams, I need these and I don't want to take any chances. When I say 'up' I mean like 1000-1400 which to a normal person still seems quite low, but to most of you guys it's like bingeing everyday. I feel like I eat too little to be considered normal and too much to fit in here. I'll be eating less while I'm in school but I can't get away with it at home.

Day #4 ~

Down to 125lb this morning! Finally seen a number under 9st!The picture is of Emilie De Ravin. She was in Lost and starred in remember me. I think she's beautiful. Not much to say today, did some painting, went for a short walk.

I've eaten more than I'd like but since it's half term and I'm being watched constantly it's safer to eat so as to not raise suspicions.

I'm getting a new laptop that will hopefully be delivered soon and I can't wait. Shows how much of a nerd I am. LOL.

Day 3 ~

I weighed myself this morning and I was 126lb. This means I need to lose 1-2lb in 5 days which is not unreasonable. I want to be under 9st (I have never had to say that before!) by monday. This week I'm planning to walk for at least 5 hours and complete the first week of the sit up challenge thing. I had my braced changed(Got light blue), which is always good. The 3-5 days after having my brace changed are always good as I can get away with eating less because I say it's too painful. This will definitely help me to get under 9st. The only exercise I've done today is the sit up challenge thing as it's been pouring with rain all day.











Todays Intake:

20g Bran flakes with skimmed milk - 100Kcal
Soup and bread                             - 300Kcal
Lime Curry                                    - 600Kcal
Total intake - 1000Kcal
Exercise      - 50Kcal
NET- 950Kcal

It's more of a NET total than I'd like, but at least it's under 1000.

Exercise ~ Walking for 2 hours ( 400Kcal)

I'm actually ok with that. What I did eat was fairly healthy, and I only ate while my mum was watching so I didn't waste any calories.

I woke up to a pleasant surprise from the scale this morning. I haven't weighed for a week and I was expecting around 130lb but I was greeted by 127lb (57.7kg).

Todays Intake:

Breakfast.
25g Bran flakes with 50ml Skimmed milk - 50+85    (135 kcal)

Lunch.
Soup - 126kcal
Bread - 70kcal (196Kcal)

Dinner.
Potato, Chicken & Peas - 600Kcal
Ice Cream - 200Kcal

Total Intake - 1131Kcal
Exercise - 0188
Net Kcal - 943Kcal

I shouldn't have eaten that Ice Cream but other than that it was an okay day.

Hello My Virtual World.

Hello to anyone reading.

I've finally decided to take charge of my appearance. I'm sick of being somewhere in the middle, definitely not skinny but  not quite fat either. I don't want to fit in. I want to look different, act different and not sink into the background.

I love fashion. I love the eccentric, weird, risky pieces. However, to pull this off you need to be thin. Skinny is the ideal. It's everyone's dream whether they would admit it or not. Every girl wants to be skinny and stylish.

So, here's what I'm going to do about it. I am going to eat less. It's easy to comprehend but somehow I can never seem to actually do it. I'll post some more information like stats and goals in my next post.I'm hoping that writing this blog and reading other peoples will force me to stick to it this time. I'd appreciate any comments or tips you can offer, feel free to comment or email me about whatever.
