Day #1.

I woke up to a pleasant surprise from the scale this morning. I haven't weighed for a week and I was expecting around 130lb but I was greeted by 127lb (57.7kg).

Todays Intake:

Breakfast.
25g Bran flakes with 50ml Skimmed milk - 50+85    (135 kcal)

Lunch.
Soup - 126kcal
Bread - 70kcal (196Kcal)

Dinner.
Potato, Chicken & Peas - 600Kcal
Ice Cream - 200Kcal

Total Intake - 1131Kcal
Exercise - 0188
Net Kcal - 943Kcal

I shouldn't have eaten that Ice Cream but other than that it was an okay day.

  1. There's nothing like the scale showing you a lower weight than what you feel you weigh that's for sure. Although we are not the exact same height, our stats are very similar. I have 22 pounds to go as well. Goodluck.
